Dr. Strange, I'm not sure why, but there is a considerable space cut off on the right side of the embedded screen. I just thought I'd let you know. I'll try to find it on YouTube and watch it there.
ReplyDeleteCade, Thank you very much. I have corrected the code.
ReplyDeleteI've heard that by 2020 many people will have the ability to use their cell phones as a way of paying for items when shopping. In countries like Japan they are used to pay for things like the subway and vending machines. This means people don't have to carry a wallet or cash around with them.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of not carrying around a wallet or cash around for two reasons. 1.) I am notorious for washing, losing, or damaging the contents of my wallet and 2.) It might help detour petty theft crimes.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me wonder how this will affect identity theft statistics and how much hassle will be involved with paying on your cell to prevent such id theft.
Also, I heard two children on NPR the other day speak about how using cash helps consumers realize how much they are actually spending.
What do you think?
It's just really amazing to me how technology is changing and not only that but how fast it's changing.
